Comfy bed instead of a futon - such a relief! the location was just right, not too close and not too far from the famous Hotarumi Bridge 🌉.

Stunningly beautiful and incredibly friendly hotel with free parking and peaceful location to main walking street. Delicious food selection. Exceptionally comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and an electric kettle in the room. Excellent service from the polite, welcoming staff members. Location close enough to the tourist attractions and the main shopping area and many great restaurants...

We stayed during Easter and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peacefulness. The hot springs were a great highlight - we loved being able to soak in the four different pools. No reservations required! the free bicycles provided allowed us to explore the nearby attractions easily.
The cleanliness of the tatami area and toilet door knob weren't up to par. Breakfast could have been better.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is just a short walk to the train station and the main shopping street. We were able to explore the nearby tourist attractions with ease. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. They even went out of their way to solve any issues we had, such as a leaking problem in the toilet. The Japanese style breakfast served here was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The only small improvement I can suggest is to have curtains for the windows in the rooms, as some guests may find it difficult to sleep in a room that is not completely dark.

The bedding and rooms were not as comfortable as expected and some amenities were lacking. the location was a bit further from the main attractions and required a bit of walking to get to the main transport hubs.
